A record of your original course application will be available to view in the ‘Course application’ section of your VTAC user account and also sent to your email address. The supplementary offer process allows courses with vacancies to make offers to certain VTAC applicants who have not previously applied for the course. You can enter a different statement for each course on your preference list. For information about how eligibility is assessed see Course requirements for graduate-entry teaching courses. If you wish to also be considered for courses lower on your preference list than the offer you have received, change your preferences by moving the course that you have been offered below any courses you would still like to be considered for by the relevant change of preference date.
Most course places are allocated in the first January offer round. Home Am I eligible? You will be asked to review your course preferences, authorised nominee details and statistical information and confirm that the details are correct. If you receive a verbal offer you should ask for the name of the person making the offer and contact VTAC immediately. You must ensure you are eligible for the specialist areas you apply for, otherwise selection is unlikely. See Pathways into courses for more information.
If you do not pay your course deadkine processing fee by the due date, your application will not be sent to the course selection authorities and you will not be considered for offers.

Personal statement – VTAC
It is a good idea to write a draft of your responses first so that what you ultimately submit is written to the best of your abilities and includes all relevant details. You will also be asked to provide details of at least one referee state,ent of three who can comment on your work or community experience. To be considered for offers, you must pay your course application processing fee on time.
VTAC does not issue refunds on course application processing fees except as required by law. Vtacc you receive stwtement verbal offer you should ask for the name of the person making the offer and contact VTAC immediately. There are different fees for timely, late and very late course applications, so the amount you pay depends on when you apply. If you want to change your permission, see Permission to publish offers. You give permission to be considered for supplementary offers either at the time of applying, or later in your VTAC user account.
If you received an offer in one round, and wish to also be considered for courses lower on your preference list in future rounds, you can change your preferences by moving the course that you have been offered below any courses you would still like to be considered for by pefsonal relevant change of preference date.

How to apply for courses – VTAC
You will receive a transaction number confirming your submission. If you created an account between August and Januarydeadoine will still be able to access it using your existing user name and password. Your chances of receiving an offer in the next round will vary for each course.
VTAC recommends that you pay early. Examples of standard Australian Year 12 include: Check the lists of institutions that have provided information about their enrolment and deferment policies.

If you apply within the ‘timely’ dates and you are currently enrolled in a standard Australian Year 12 in Australia or overseas or International Baccalaureate in Persoonal or New Zealand, you will pay the Current Year 12 timely course application processing fee.
How to apply for courses
All course applications through VTAC are submitted online. You can change your course preferences between offer rounds as many times as you choose. There are many ways to reach your study and career goals. For more information see Change your course preferences. If you apply within the ‘timely’ dates but are not currently enrolled in any of the above, you will pay the course application processing fee for all other applicants.
To secure your place, you must follow the enrolment instructions in your offer message. Vtxc Am I eligible? Use persoanl section to explain your motivation in applying for tertiary study. If you provide incorrect sfatement or omit information such as current and previous studies, you may jeopardise your chance of receiving offers, or any offers you receive may be withdrawn.
